To Be Outlet ships worldwide using DHL and UPS couriers.
We currently work with Express Delivery, it means that all items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
Due to the Covid-19 some shipments could be belayed, but we will give you any update request.
As soon as we will be ready to ship your order we will send you the tacking number so it will be easy for you to monitor the shipment status.
Shipping cost will be calculated directly at the check-out.
They depend on the order volume and the delivery address State.

Extra Eu Shipments
We ship worldwide and for extra UE shipments we provide and attach to the all custom documents required (Washington declaration, commercial invoice, preferential origin declaration etc.)
We choose the Delivery at Place (DAP) condition, taxes and duties are on customer behalf.
To Be Outlet cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of To Be Outlet.
Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following Italian holidays:
January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, December 25, December 26.
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact To Be Outlet at email@example.com.
When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.
If the package or the items are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by To Be Outlet within 3 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the To Be Outlet commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
